RENT SPACE INSIDE!!!  The INDOOR Market is open again -rent a lshelf for $25 to $35 per month (depending on size) - you don't even have to be here to sell, someone will do that for you (ask about our staffing options) - but you can sell your own stuff if you want to!  We offer CHOICES to suit YOU! 

Rent tables outside - $3 tables on Weekdays, Tuesday through Thursday (and we do have a lot of people selling during the week, being the only 'game in town' and depending on the weather!) $5 on Fridays and Sundays, and $8 on Saturdays.  If you want a table on Saturday; however, you better call ahead for a reservation (even during the winter!).

Rent a market building - sizes range from 6 X 8 to 12 X 24 and availability varies by season.  You can have a Tunnel Road address conveniently located near I-40, Exit #55.  Call us at 828-299-3988 during business hours  and evenings you can leave a message, or call 828-335-5021 during business hours to ask Glenda about availability. 

Rent-to-Own a storage building - sizes vary, as does availability.  Call us.

Rent an empty space for your own tables, trailers, buildings, displays.  Call for pricing and availability.

We have covered tables outside under two carports right in the middle of the lot.  We also have umbrella stands so you can put up your own in the Spring and Summer to help provide shade on the open tables and we have lots of clothes racks and yard chairs to share with everyone.  Just bring your stuff and we will help with everything else!

We keep a wide variety of sodas in the fridge and the price is right.  We have food available every day, whether it's hot dogs or pizza from a local vendor, we try to make sure you enjoy your day at our place.  We always have free coffee, hot water and a variety of teas and spring water.  Winter days we always have something homemade in the slow cooker to share. 

RENTS:  Tuesday - Thursday tables are $3 for each person to use up to two tables, Friday & Sunday tables are $5 each or 2/$8, and Saturday the table rent is $8 for one or 2 for $15.  Most of our tables are 4' X 8' and the majority have clothes racks.  We have 9 covered tables under carports, although 3 of these are only 3' X 8' tables.  We offer building rentals starting at $115 per month.  We also offer winter rates with bonus tables during off season for those who come to visit and decide to stay!  We host  "parties" and offer FREE weekend tables for FUND RAISERS.

SPRING of 2009 - we'll have drive-up tables you can park at and buildings for storage rental (lower rates) out back, as well as tailgate spaces.  Backyard pricing will begin at $5 per table or per tailgate space for Friday, Saturday or Sunday (2/$8) and there will be weekend specials available.  Storage buildings will start at $100 per month for an 8' X 8'.  We will also be offering weekend only building rentals with table rent included.

We have over 17 buildings and 26 tables to rent currently, as well as the 1500+ square feet in the INDOOR MARKET, therefore we are a smaller Market.  We do have a great mix of antiques, collectibles, necessities, new and/or used items, as well as just plain junk, so there is something to appeal to almost everyone!  If you remember the old movie theater market from the early days in Asheville, you'll recognize the 'feel' of our market - this is a 'flea family' out to help each other and all our new 'flea friends' and a great place to come and play.  Check us out - we are definitely worth the stop!
